Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s (ATL’s) Customer Service office
is open seven days a week to address passengers' questions, comments or concerns.
The more than 150 members of our customer service and volunteer staff are conveniently
located at information desks throughout the terminal and each concourse in the Transportation
Mall. Most of the customer service staff are bilingual and are essential in the
Airport’s mission "To be the World’s Best Airport by exceeding customer expectations.”
