Airport Security Services
Customer Guest Policy: Due to safety concerns and limited space, the Security Division no longer services customers with guests (family, friends, and children).
The Airport Security Division is responsible for managing an effective airport security
program that ensures a safe and secure environment at the world's busiest airport
while exceeding customers' expectations and complying with applicable regulations,
laws, and codes.
Location/Directions:
The Security offices are located on the third floor of the North Terminal building.
As you enter the airport via the North Terminal, proceed to the American Airlines
ticket counters. To the left, across ticket counters 58 & 59, you will see a small
alcove.
In the small alcove is an elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
When you step off the elevator turn left and follow the hallway around until you
reach the two double glass doors on the left side.
